Fairytale Villa is bright and spacious. The great room features a vaulted ceiling, skylights and an open floorplan. The villa is decorated with Fairytale décor throughout, including a Frozen themed kid’s bedroom and a Shrek themed kid’s bedroom. This villa has all the modern conveniences you would expect. There is a 65-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV in the great room, and wall-mounted, flat-screen TV’s of varying sizes in each bedroom. All TV’s have Roku streaming service with live local and cable channels as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime access (with your valid account). There is an XBoxOne gaming system in the great room with two rechargeable, wireless controllers and a wireless printer for your use.
The open kitchen is separated from the dining and living areas with a small bar height counter-top. To one side of the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with filtered water and an ice maker. The newly upgraded appliances are all stainless steel and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are there including plastic dishes and glasses for outdoor use. The dining area seats six and while fully open to the living area, is large enough that furniture from neither room is crowding the other.
Fairytale Villa has two master suites. The first master suite has a king bed and a 40-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The king bedroom en suite bathroom has a full-sized, walk-in shower and a huge garden tub as well as walk-in closet with a hotel-style safe. The second master suite has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Both master baths have doors to the lanai. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. It does not have an en suite bath, but one of the shared bathrooms right next door! The Frozen themed kid’s bedroom has two twin beds and a 28-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The Shrek themed kid’s bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed and a 28-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV.
The game room has a pool table, a Foosball table and an electronic, soft-tipped dart board. The private pool area has a covered lanai with a table and chairs and wall-mounted towel drying rods. The giant, southern facing, 32-foot swimming pool has an attached spa and both have a handrail for safety. The pool area is surrounded by a screen enclosure and privacy fence.
Fairytale Villa includes all the baby/toddler equipment you need free of charge. There are two pack-n-plays, a high chair and two strollers at this villa. There is also a removable toddler fence separating the pool from the lanai and all doors to the pool area have alarms on them. All latches on the exterior screen doors and fence gate are at least 5 feet high for safety.
